i am sorry! You are definitely right though! I recently began transitioning to a healthier lifestyle and i haven’t really adjusted this blog but I used to try all of these diets. I am going to figure out how to change it so I dont promote eating disorders or I will delete the blog!

Skinny Girl Diet Review

 This is my second time doing the Skinny Girl Diet. It is absolutely wonderful. Fruits and Veggies dont count in your intake and they are reasonable amounts starting off higher and varying all through out so you shouldnt hit a plateau! (: The first time I did it I didnt even finish. I believe I stopped with 5 or some more days and I had already lost more than 10 lbs! I absolutely love this diet and it is super effective.The first couple of days were always the hardest so I had lowered my intake to around 800 two days before and it really does help. With the SGD, because you don’t count fruits and vegetables, that is what I would have. Breakfast was normally an apple or orange, lunch a dry salad and dinner was just limitting myself so you still have family meals. If I was going to actually go to the gym and work out, I would go on the weeken days with high calorific intakes so I knew I wouldn’t pass out and have some lean meats. Other than that I still walked a mile or so for five mornings because it was typical schedule. Try staying away from strength training because it makes you want to pass out. If you do decide to do strength training I would make sure you have you minimum or 8 cups of water, probably more. With my fruit intake was probably around 600-700 most days, but without, on average I had about.. 250-300.

It is net calories. So if you are on a 300 cal day and eat 500 cal then you can burn 200 and it would be fine!

***i do not reccomend trying this diet! Please please please try to eat a healthy balanced diet and have enough calories! It is so much better for you!

This diet is a strict low-cal diet. It&#8217;s hard but it works. It&#8217;s a 50 day diet - I&#8217;m on day 42 now and I&#8217;ve lost 18 lbs / 8 kgs. There&#8217;s nothing you can&#8217;t eat as long as you don&#8217;t go over the daily limit, but obviously if you only eat healthy food, you&#8217;re gonna lose more weight than I have. You can also add some exercise to this diet, which of course is gonna make a bigger difference as well, but you shouldn&#8217;t work out on fast days.
The idea behind this diet is to trick your metabolism by having between 0 and 500 calories daily, so that it doesn&#8217;t slow down. If this really works, I can&#8217;t tell you. I&#8217;m not a scientist. There&#8217;s different types of food you can eat, that boosts your metabolism - you know, just to be on the safe side. 
So to sum up: it&#8217;s a tough diet, but if you&#8217;re determined, it&#8217;s totally worth it.
